The report also reflects that the Assistant Commissioner of Police (IV) Port

Division are supervising the case as per the earlier direction passed and there are certain pending documents from the relevant government authorities which are required for the purposes of investigation of the case.

Since the details have not been provided and the investigation commenced on 28.03.2024, i.e., 16 months ago, I direct that the Deputy Commissioner of Police Port Division, Kolkata - who is supervising the case, would take necessary instructions from the concerned authority for submitting the documents for taking the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion considering the time period which has already lapsed.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21460 of 2024 is disposed of.
