1. Petitioner submits there is inordinate delay in the case. Case has not yet been committed.

2. Ms. Nahid Ahmed, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is requested to appear in the instant case for the State. A copy of the revision petition is handed over to Ms. Ahmed in court today. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to regularize her appointment.

3. I have considered the materials on record. I note the case has not yet been committed. I request the jurisdictional Magistrate to commit the case at the earliest and upon commitment, learned trial Judge shall take the proceeding to its logical conclusion without unnecessary delay. No unnecessary adjournment shall be given to either of the parties.

4. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3622 of 2024 is disposed of.

5. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the petitioner on usual undertaking.
