The police case is dated September 5, 2020.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner is involved in ransacking the house of the victim and setting the house on fire.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4440 of 2022 is dismissed.
