He further submits that he has received written instruction from his client, wherein she has shown her intention not to proceed with the instant writ-petition and seeks withdrawal of the same. Office is directed to tag the 'Vakalatnama' with the instant writ-petition immediately.

Since the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the instant writ-petition and the respondent did not oppose the aforesaid submission, WPCT 95 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Let the written instruction received by the learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner from his client be kept with the record.
