Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the victim girl has already been recovered.

Mr. Bose, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has also instructions to the effect that the victim girl for whom the petitioner expressed anxiety and agony has been recovered in connection with Chapra P.S. Case No.926 of 2025.

Since the jurisdictional court is in seisin of the criminal case, petitioner will address further grievance before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21005 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
