This matter has come at the instance of the department for correction of the order dated 20.01.2023. It appears that in the last but one paragraph of the order, it has been inadvertently recorded that the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 10th July, 2015 instead of for non-compliance of the orders dated 17th May, 2017 and 12th April, 2022.

In view thereof, the last but one paragraph shall stand deleted and replaced by the following sentence:- "In view thereof the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 17th May, 2017 read with the order dated 12th April, 2022."

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 20.01.2023 by the department.

The other portion of the order dated 20.01.2023 shall remain unchanged.

In view of the order dated 20.01.2023, the said appeal shall not be shown as pending.
