1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the direction passed by the Court, the Sub Divisional Officer, Bishnupur has passed a reasoned order.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. The Court is of the opinion that the correctness and validity of the order passed by the SDO cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
