Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioners are the patta holders of the land in question. The private respondents are rank outsiders who are disturbing the possession of the petitioners in respect of the said land in question. They are trying to grab a portion of the land of the petitioners. The petitioners only want to

have the land demarcated. Police help was sought, but was denied.

Learned advocate for the private respondents denies the allegations and submits that the entire land is not vested and there is a civil suit pending challenging the order of vesting.

The learned advocate on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. Dispute between the private parties is absolutely civil in nature. Any relief would lie before the civil court. It appears that there exists a dispute between the parties. If any of the parties seek any further claim in respect of the said property, the same has to be done before the civil court.

However, police authorities shall keep sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
