1. Learned advocates for the petitioners and learned advocates for the opposite parties/State of West Bengal are present.

2. Heard the learned advocates for the parties and perused the materials on the case diary.

3. Upon hearing the learned advocates for the petitioners it appears that the main allegation is made against the coaccused who is the husband of the de-facto complainant and the husband of the de-facto complainant is on bail.

4. Considering the fact that the husband of the de-facto complainant is on bail who is also a co-accused and considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the materials in the case diary and also the stage for investigation, this Court is of the view that in the

interest of justice the petitioner should be granted anticipatory bail.

5. I, therefore, allow the prayer for anticipatory bail made by the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer on condition that the petitioners shall meet the I.O. once in a week and shall not meet the de-facto complainant and the persons acquainted with the case and shall not do any act prejudicial to the trial.
