Mr. Pradip Paul ....For the Petitioner Mr. Pradip Paul, learned counsel who is a changed counsel in the matter filed his Vokalatnama on August 12, 2022 with the department and numbered as A15183. A copy of the Vokalatnama with the number allotted by the department is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction obtained from his client that the petitioner is unwilling to proceed with this writ petition. In view of the above this writ petition, WPA 18834 of 2016 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
