Hassan..................for the petitioners Though the petitioners in the revisional application have challenged the order nos. 19 and 23 dated March 16, 2022 and February 14, 2023 respectively but after some arguments, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a direction for expeditious hearing of the suit may be passed. In view thereof, C.O. 2967 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before June 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
