Md. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report prepared by the Officer-inCharge, Khanakul Police Station. Report reflects that execution of the warrant of arrest so issued by the Court is still pending and the next date has been fixed on 6th January, 2022. The records of the revisional application also reflect that there was no persuasion on the part of the petitioner for the last nine years to canvass the points so taken up. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner before the revisional Court as well as the fact that nothing proceeded in the Trial Court as the petitioner evaded the said Court, I am of the view that the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands and as such is not entitled an order on merits.

The application being CRR 2758 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
