1. Learned advocate appearing in support of the aforesaid revisional application on instruction would submit that he wishes to withdraw the above application, since the same has become infructuous by reasons of withdrawal of the Money Suit No. 28 of 2022 pending before the Commercial Court at Alipore since re-numbered as MS (Com.) 64 of 2022 vide Order No. 45 dated 4th December, 2024.

2. Let a copy of the aforesaid order be retained with the record.

3. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 3042 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
