The alleged contemnor no. 2 has filed a report. The said report is taken on record.

It appears that on the basis of the complaint, investigation was conducted. Two persons, namely, Sahidul Islam and Vinay Kumar, were arrested from Assam and Hajipur respectively.

An amount of Rs.58,664/- was refunded to the petitioners' account. After completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against four persons.

Thus, this court records compliance of the order of the court.

Hence, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of.
