Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of GR Case No.3444 of 2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Howrah the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. This Court is informed that though charge sheet was submitted on 30th June, 2015, charge has not been framed as yet. Out of ten charge sheeted witnesses to be examined by the learned Trial Court two witnesses have expired.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider framing of charge on the next date of hearing fixed before him. If the learned Trial Court is unable to consider framing of charge on that date, such

consideration shall be made within one month from the said date. The learned Trial Court shall make all endeavours to dispose of the case pending before him as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two years from the date on which charge is framed.

The revisional application being CRR 3625 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
