By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned final order dated 13th October, 2022 and I have perused the same. Petitioner has already been granted relief by the appellate authority by granting six equal installments for payment of the outstanding bill and it is the case of the respondent electricity authority that till date petitioner has not paid single installment and considering the impugned penalty order and conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned penalty order and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 20815 of 2023 is dismissed and all legal consequence will follow automatically.
