Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing the petitioner, West Bengal Central School Service Commission and State respondents.

Grievance of petitioner is in spite of making application for general transfer on 1st February, 2022 till date local arrangement has not been made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Dakshin Dinajpur being the respondent no.5. In this regard, reliance is placed on a document which is at page 23 of the writ petition and it is submitted that respondent no. 5 sent back transfer application of petitioner on 23rd March, 2022 since no local arrangement

could be made in terms of notification dated 3rd January, 2022.

Learned advocate representing State respondents has submitted certain documents which are taken on record. From those documents it appears that respondent no. 5 attempted to find out willing teacher for manning the post of petitioner in the school temporarily to facilitate transfer of petitioner but such attempt went in vain.

In view of the steps taken by respondent no. 5 this Court finds that no further order need be passed on the writ petition taking note of the notification dated 3rd January, 2022.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to make application for transfer if situation relating to staff pattern of school is favourably altered. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
