The Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 03.10.2025 requires certain correction.

It appears that in the first line of the 2nd page of the said order, the "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mollabalia" is required to be corrected as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani."

Such amendment be incorporated in the order dated 03.10.2025.

Other portions of the said order remain unaltered. 5.
