This application has been filed for correction of some inadvertent and typographical errors in judgment dated October 17, 2023.

The corrections are as follows:

(a) In the 3rd line of paragraph 8 of page 4, "3B" be corrected as "3C".

(b) In the 2nd line of page 5, "3B" be corrected as "3C". (c) In the 9th line of the same page, "3B" be corrected as "3C".

(d) In the 7th line of paragraph 9 of page 6, "3B" be corrected as "3C".

(e) Paragraph 10 which mentions about an order of temporary injunction be deleted as a whole. The said

paragraph has gone down inadvertently and is not relevant for the decision.

(f) In the 5th line of paragraph 23 of page 13, the word "as" will be read as "and".

Let this order be treated as a part of the original judgment dated October 17, 2023.

The other parts of the judgement remains unaltered. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

The department is directed to take steps accordingly. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
