The records of the writ petition reflect that the petitioner has already filed an application under Section 175(3) of the BNSS before the learned CJM, Alipore.

The petitioners further complained that till date no report has been submitted by the Officer-in-charge of Alipore Police Station.

Accordingly, I direct the Officer-incharge of Alipore Police Station to file

his/her report before the learned CJM, Alipore on the next date so fixed. The learned Magistrate on receipt of the report would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20986 of 2025 is disposed of.
