Petitioner is in custody for 100 days. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. From the possession of co-accused 21.5 kgs. of ganja was recovered. On their statements, petitioner was apprehended and 7.5 kgs. of ganja was recovered from his possession. The aforesaid materials show petitioner and co-accuseds were dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
