Pursuant to an order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 22.08.2022 in WPA No. 18709 of 2022 directing the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Purba Medinipur to give a hearing to the petitioner and decide on the representation submitted by him before issuance of the next provisional time table, preferably by August 31, 2022 and accordingly to accommodate the present writ petitioner, subject to the petitioner holding a valid permit, in the composite time table and/or an independent time table to the petitioner, as applicable, a provisional consolidated time table was issued by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Purba Medinipur on 30.08.2022 which was valid till 13.09.2022. The petitioner is aggrieved by the said time table for various reasons and has submitted a representation dated 06.09.2022 before the concerned authority requesting revision of the impugned time table by setting up one consolidated time table and/or rotational time table as the case may be, for plying all the vehicles through the route

Haldia - Mecheda. The petitioner prays for direction upon the authority to consider the representation at the earliest. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that 3rd respondent be directed to consider the representation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.09.2022 within three weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
