1. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are illegally and unauthorizedly occupying the vested land of the State Government.

2. The petitioner made representation before the various authorities and alleges that the same is yet to be considered and disposed of.

3. Learned advocate representing the private respondents submits that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of suppression of material facts. It has been submitted that a Civil Suit in between the parties is pending consideration before the learned Trial Court.

4. Upon hearing the parties, it appears that the petitioner is yet to file any representation before the competent authority.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum, in accordance with law, for relief.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
