1. Learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocate for the opposite party State of West Bengal are present.

2. Heard learned advocate for the parties.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client has falsely implicated in the instant case and the allegations made are not maintainable.

4. The learned advocate for the opposite party opposes the prayer for bail.

5. As the principal accused is on bail and the allegations made against all accused persons are general in nature, considering the nature of allegations and the stage of

investigation the petitioner should be granted anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Hence the petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) of like amount each subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer on condition that the petitioner shall meet the I.O. once in a week and shall not do any act prejudicial to investigation.

8. The application being CRM(A) 3160 of 2025 is disposed of.

9. The Arresting Officer is hereby directed to act upon the server copy or certified copy of this order.

10. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

11. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
