In Re. CAN 3 of 2024 This is an application for appropriate order. Learned advocate for the respondent submits that the instant appeal was disposed of on 17.4.2023. Before receiving the awarded amount, the respondent no.5, namely, Niranjan Mondal expired on 16.6.2023. She submits that the necessary order is required to be made in respect of share of awarded compensation in fafour of deceased(respondent no.5).

Head the learned advocates, perused the body of CAN 3 of 2024 also perused the death certificate in respect of Niranjan Mondal(respondent no.5). The present respondent nos.1 to 4 are the legal heirs of the

deceased(respondent no.5). Accordingly, respondent nos.1 to 4 are entitled to the represent estate of the deceased(respondent no.5). Thus, the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is directed to allow the respondent nos.1 to 4 to receive the compensation amount of respondent no.5, equally. Accordingly, the instant CAN 3 of 2004 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
