To that effect, information was furnished to the local police station, but, no steps have been taken.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that the petitioners filed a Civil Suit being TS 339 of 2025 wherein Advocate Commissioner was appointed.

The Civil Court is still in seisin of the issues.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is a long standing land dispute which is existing.

The property is an un-demarcated property.

The police authorities have drawn up a proceeding under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS.

In view of the aforesaid proceeding under relevant provisions of BNSS is pending, the police authorities would continue their surveillance as also ensure that there is no violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20992 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of report be handed over to both the parties.
