This matter is listed for correction of some typographical errors crept in the judgment dated 12th December 2019.

It is pointed out that in the first sentence of paragraph 3 at page 2 the words - "mother of the appellants namely Smt. Aruna Rani Daw (since deceased) who expired on 11th November, 2017"

are recorded inadvertently, which needs to be substituted by the words - "appellants and Smt. Aruna Rani Daw (since deceased) who expired on 11th November, 2007". Similarly in the first sentence of paragraph 3 at page 7 and in the last sentence of paragraph 4 at page 21 of the said judgement the numerical number "18" and "88" respectively are recorded inadvertently instead of "15" and "28" respectively.

The mistakes are apparent.

Let the aforesaid corrections be made accordingly in the judgement dated 12.12.2019.

Let this order be read conjointly with the judgement dated 12th December, 2019.
