And In the matter of : Jigar Bhupendrabhai Dodiya .... Petitioner Mr. Navanil De Mr. Shoumilya Mazumder ....for the Petitioner Due to inadvertent mistake in the order dated 9.9.2025, in the portion of the cause title, the following sentences shall be deleted: "In Re: An Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with NDPS- 3456 of 2025 corresponding to F. NO. SI(VII)-149/2025 (AIU) dated 14.07.2025 under Section 21(b)/23(a) of the NDPS Act, 1985" and in place of the following sentences shall be inserted: "In Re: An Application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with NDPS- 3456 of 2025 corresponding to F. No. SI(VII)-149/2025 (AIU) dated 14.07.2025 under Section 21(b)/23(a) of the NDPS Act, 1985 read with Section 8 of the NDPS Act, 1985 giving rise to NDPS case no. 224 of 2025 (also written as N case no. 224 of 2025)".

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 9.9.2025. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
