The records reflect that there are issues relating to construction. The police authorities are not supposed to interfere in respect of any construction.

However, I find from the report that no complaint of any inconvenience has ever been reported to the police station; neither any order from a court of law has been received.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Inspector-incharge of Jhalda Police Station with the same complaint. The Inspector-in-charge would assess regarding the inconveniences faced and take steps within the framework of law as also in accordance with the settled principles of law.

However, it is specifically stated that the Inspector-in-charge will independently take the decision without being persuaded by any of the observations made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20990 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
