G.S.Das Ms. Manika Sarkar ... for the Petitioner(s) Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities that the documents relating to the Title Deed has been forged at the behest of the private respondents who by using such fabricated documents are trying to establish their ownership and, on being informed, the police authorities are not taking any proper steps, I am of the view that since such representation was made with the police authorities lastly on or about November, 2022, it would be fit and proper for the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the BNSS or under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. for appropriate

directions if the forged documents are in his custody.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20849 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
