1.

Petitioner is in custody for 728 days. He submits there is slow progress in the matter. He renews his bail prayer. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner is involved in trafficking of victim for sexual exploitation. Charge has been framed but the victim has not yet been examined.

We have considered the materials on record. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. There is progress in the matter since rejection of bail by this Court.

Under such circumstances and in view of nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
