Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners applied for allotment of Temporary Certificate of Registration in favour of M/s. Ananya Motor Automobiles, Egra before the respondent authorities on 27th June, 2019 and intend to deposit the requisite fees for the same.

The petitioners' grievance is that the respondent authorities are neither assessing the said fees nor accepting the same from the petitioners.

The petitioners submitted an application in this regard before the concerned authority on 27th June, 2019, which is yet to be considered. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the authority to consider the application at the earliest.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the 5th respondent be directed to consider the application in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioners on 27th June, 2019 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereafter. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 21206 of 2022 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
