The revisional application is directed against an order DL-4 31.08.2023 Court No.5 (AD) dated June 23, 2023 passed in M.A.364 of 2020 connected with O.A. 3204 of 2016.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal fixed the contempt petition under the heading "Application" on April 10, 2024.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the contempt petition pending before the Tribunal. He submits that, an order was passed in 1991 by this Hon'ble Court is yet to be implemented.

State is represented.

The contempt petition is pending since 2020.

Therefore, it would be appropriate to request the Tribunal to hear and dispose of the contempt petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from the date of communication of this order to the

Tribunal.

COLRT 3 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
