1. By virtue of the order dated 18.11. 2024 while granting bail certain conditions were imposed upon the petitioner, which included that the petitioner shall not entered into the jurisdictional police station and meet O. C. of jurisdictional police station.

2. Report submitted by the prosecution, which shows that the petitioner is complied all the conditions. However, the charge has not yet been framed.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is regularly complied with the condition. The condition is there imposed upon the petitioner stands waived.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
