As per the direction of the Court, a copy of the contempt application has been served upon the contemnor being the Commissioner, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation, but she is not represented in Court today.

Accordingly, a Contempt Rule be issued returnable on May 12, 2021.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court is taken on record.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record of the petitioners to correct the typographical error in the prayer of the contempt application.
