Petitioner is in custody for 196 days. He submits he has been falsely implicated due to family disputes. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the mother of the minor child. Her statement shows she found the minor in the room of the petitioner. Petitioner was undressed and was lying on the minor victim. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
