Learned advocates for the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 are present.

However, none appears for the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities in respect of information furnished on 24.08.2024 with the Officer-inCharge, Marishda Police Station. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that information was furnished with the police authorities after the door of the civil court was closed.

I have considered the issue. If the police authorities did not take any step, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20995 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
