Order dictated by Arijit Banerjee, J.:

The petitioners renew their prayer for bail primarily on the ground of prolonged detention of about two years and three months.

Learned Advocate for the State says that all the witnesses have been examined. September 17, 2024 is the date fixed for examination under Section 313 Cr. P. C.

In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 4.

However, keeping in view the substantial period of petitioners' detention, we direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial by delivery of judgment positively by the end of November, 2024.

CRM (NDPS) 1341 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
