Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. It is contended he is in custody for 694 days. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor son of the deceased. Weapon of offence was also recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner. . In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and as bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
