The prayer of the petitioner before this court is to pay the due salary of her deceased husband for the period from 01.03.1986 to 20.05.1989 and for granting her family pension.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Reports prepared on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools and the school is to be considered by the District Inspector of Schools.

I direct the school to send the school's report to the District Inspector of Schools, either by hand or by post and copy of the report of the District Inspector of School is definitely with him. Report of the D.I. in the form of affidavit affirmed on 22.12.2021 is kept on record.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
