Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner of this writ petition is that petitioner's husband who was a Group-D employee of the Kolkata Corporation Cooperative Credit Society Limited is missing since 7th July, 2011 and prays for her appointment on compassionate ground and to this effect she has made a representation to the respondent No.

4/Secretary, Kolkata Corporation Cooperative Credit Society Limited on 5th August, 2022.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21221 of 2022 is disposed of

by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 5th August, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and shall communicate his decision to the petitioner within four weeks after passing such order.
