Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 29th January, in the cause-title mentioning the name of the petitioner as 'Mithu Biswas' instead of 'Mithu Biswas Roy'.

Let the name of the petitioner in the cause-title of the said order be read as 'Mithu Biswas Roy' in place of 'Mithu Biswas'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 29th January, 2026.
