The petitioner in the instant case challenged the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities to give appointment to the petitioner even though he had all the requisite credentials required for appointment.

The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has thereafter published a recruitment notice in the year 2020 and the petitioner participated in the said recruitment process.

In view of the subsequent development in the present case, the instant petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, WPA 19268 of 2019 stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
