Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which Bhangar P.S. Case No.62 of 2025 is being dealt with by the investigating agency. Learned advocate submits that the accused persons are roaming and they are not being arrested although they have applied for anticipatory bail and the case diary is purposely not being produced before the learned Sessions Judge so that the accused can take advantage of not coming within the fold of investigation. A representation was made through the learned advocate to the Officer-in-Charge, Bhangar Police Station on or about 01.07.2025.
Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that primary grievance of the petitioner so far as the investigation not being proceeding has been taken care of, proceedings have
been drawn up under Section 126 of the BNSS and notices have been issued for collection of materials. Having considered that the case was registered in the month of April, 2025 and more than 90 days have passed, I direct the investigating officer of the case to immediately send the progress report as is evident from Section 193 of the BNSS. If the petitioner has any specific grievance after considering the progress report, the same be ventilated before the learned Magistrate. Learned Magistrate would in such circumstances pass necessary directions for redressing the grievances of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20907 of 2025 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
