Sampa Dey Mr. Sourav Ghosh..................for the petitioners This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit No. 1082 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court at Howrah.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that this is a suit for eviction inter alia, on the ground of reasonable requirement.

The suit has been filed sometimes in the year 2015 and is still pending. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the suit is at the stage of peremptory hearing. Since this is a suit, inter alia, on the ground of reasonable requirement, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met if a direction for expeditious hearing of the suit is passed.

Accordingly, C.O. 2981 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court at Howrah to dispose of the suit

as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
