1. Heard learned Advocate for both the parties.

2. In absence of any supervening circumstances, we are no inclined to accept the contention of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and, thus, the instant application for anticipatory bail which has been filed for the second time is considered and rejected.

3. However, in the event the petitioner appears before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from today and files an application for bail with at least three days prior notice to the PP/APP attached to the said Court.

4. Learned Jurisdictional Court is hereby directed to dispose of the said application on merit on the self-same date. If ground of parity is taken while moving the said application, the same shall be considered by the said Trial Court in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 3806 of 2023 is dismissed.
