This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for Mandamus commanding the respondents to rescind, cancel and withdraw the election held on April 29, 2007 for election of the office bearers of the Madrasah. Order sheet reflects that the petitioner is not interested to move the instant writ petition. The petitioner was also not represented on March 1, 2022.
