The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the Park Street Police Station has not enquired into the FIR No. 66 dated 21.03.2020 against the private respondents. It appears from the report of the police that investigation has been completed and the report in final form stating mistake of fact has been filed being No. 07 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023.

The petitioner may take steps in respect of final report in accordance with law.

The report of the Park Street Police Station dated 13.03.2023 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
