1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed for default on 10th July, 2025 as none represented the petitioner.

3. It is submitted that at the relevant point of time the learned counsel for the petitioner was engaged in another Bench.

4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as explanations delineated in the petition itself, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

5. The revisional application being CRR 3634 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

6. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 4 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for reimposition of the interim order earlier promulgated by this Court.

8. Considering all facts and circumstances, the interim order stands restored and extended till six weeks after the ensuing puja vacation, 2025.

9. Let the matter appear one week after the ensuing puja vacation.
