Mr. Subrata Das, ...For the Petitioner, Mr. Amal Kumar Sen, Mr. Sabyasachi Mondal, ...For the NBSTC, Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 14th July, 2021 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 14th July, 2021, it is revealed that in the third line of the second paragraph of the order instead of "in view of", it should be read as "in terms of". The other portion of the order dated 14th July, 2021 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
